Welcome To My Blog!
Here I will be sharing my thoughts, opinions, and experiences on movies, television, travel, and of course design. I will also be documenting my travels, and life events, along with posts all about design and photography. Hope you enjoy my posts, and be sure to share your thoughts on these subjects with me as well in the comments. Happy blogging!

For those of you who may not know, PaleyFest is a week long event held by The Paley Center for Media. Multiple panels are featured each day throughout the week hosting the casts of many current popular TV shows. To find out more about the two panels I saw, and to see my photos I got from the event, keep reading!Read More
Movies have come quite a long way in the past few years in their representation of women, but there is still a lot of room for improvement. In most movies, women are still cast as just a love interest, the best friend, or a mother figure, and don't often get large backstories or parts to play in the narrative. But of course, there are quite a few who stand out as well. Ones who take over the screen with their wit, intelligence, thoughtfulness, kindness, and confidence. So to celebrate these awesome fictional ladies, I have rounded up my top ten favorites for you, so you can check them out too!Read More
Television has been great in for the development of women in film. Unlike in a movie where a lot of girls are cast as just a love interest, the best friend, or a mother figure, television shows allow us to get to know all of it's characters over many episodes, which allows them to develop more over time. There are many female characters that I love from TV, but this list will just discuss my absolute favorites.Read More
I thought since March is Women's History Month, I would do a few posts to celebrate the amazing women in film, both real and fictional who have inspired me. To kick things off will be a post looking at how women are represented in the industry in general. Especially considering all that came to light this past year about how women in the industry have been treated, hopefully these posts will get you thinking and talking more about how women are considered both on and off screen. One way to do this is by seeing if our favorite movies pass the Bechdel Test.Read More
